Uncertain Limits: Inversions, Reflections, & Perspectives

When I first saw that the NGV was going to be exhibiting the work of renowned artist M.C. Escher, I was filled with anticipation. Every space cadet knows the trippy, psychedelic work of this Dutch genius. I was surprised at the sheer breadth of his work, however. I never knew his work was predominantly done as either woodblock or lithograph — which is mind blowing when you see the detail of much of his work close up.
